PROJECT DESIGN MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR - SOUTH DUBLIN
JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a building and civils contractor working on projects in
the Leinster region.
Duties will include:
Lead the design coordination process for multiple projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop
innovative design solutions
Review and analyze design proposals, drawings, and specifications
Manage the design development process
Coordinate and facilitate regular design team meetings
Liaise with external consultants, local authorities, and regulatory
bodies
Oversee the preparation and submission of design
Provide technical guidance and support to the project teams
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor&# *;s degree in Architecture,
Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Design Manager or in a similar role within the
construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of design processes, construction techniques, and
building regulations
Proficiency in using design software and tools, such as AutoCAD,
Revit, and BIM
Flexibility to travel to various project sites across Leinster as
required.
Clean Driving license
